I have over 25 years experience in real estate transactions and subdivision land development.  I have a graduate degree from the University of San Francisco and a bachelors degree from St. Mary's College, California.  

I am also the author of Defer Capital Gains Taxes For Decades - the #1 book on Amazon for "Defer Capital Gains.".

By the grace of God I married the most beautiful, intelligent blonde with her own career as a hospitality executive.

We enjoy our grown four boys all in the Pacific Northwest, and our life in the little Italy neighborhood (North Beach) of San Francisco, California.  As a hobby winemaking enthusiast, I've crafted delicious cabernet sauvignon from a friend’s Napa Valley vineyard.
